Why this team runs
Chesed runs in our family. My grandfather packed clothing for Yad Leah every Sunday morning; my kids now do the same after school. On November 1 we are lining up together at Overpeck — Zaidy walking the 1-mile, the cousins running the 5K, and the little ones in the Kids Dash. Every dollar we raise puts dignified clothing in the hands of a family in Israel who is quietly doing without. Run with us, or run for us.
